Is this enough food for today? I'm trying to gain weight..Please read. kinda long?...

Breakfast-1 cup of multi-grain cheerios
1 cup of soymilk
banana
strawberries
ensure protein shake
577-calories

Lunch-whole grain pita bread
5 slices of turkey
lettuce, tomato, little bit of avocato and mustard
16 baby carrots dipped in salsa
=318 calories

Snack-low-fat plain Greek yogurt cup
4 strawberries
sprinkle of craisins (dried cranberries)
handful of blueberries
=172 calories


Snack-either Whole grain crackers(90 calories) OR 1 oz of almonds (164 cals) which should I have??

**ballet class for an hour**

Dinner-4 oz ground chicken
LOTS of vegetables (asparagus, brocoli, squash, mixed vegetables)
1/2 cup of brown rice
1/2 cup of red beans
=518 calories

Dessert-low-fat cottage cheese
peach
sprinkle of raisins
=180 calories

I also am volunteering at a summer camp for children. So I'm running around there too..
I drank 8 glasses of water, I'm 14 years old, 5'1 and 85lbs..I want to at least gain 5lbs this week..but
be really healthy about it
