Is this a diet and exercise plan that will help me lose weight?

I am a female, age 18, weighing in at a whopping 12s10.8, i have recently joined a gym.
My plan from tomorrow is going to be:
Monday: 200 cal breakfast, 500 cal lunch, 500 cal dinner, 100 cal snack.
100 sit ups, one hour of zumba, one hour in the gym (Cardio and strength)
Tuesday: same meal plan.
100 sit ups, one hour 30 mins in the gym (Cardio and strength)
Wednesday: same meal plan
100 sit ups, one hour in the gym (cardio) then a taebo workout for 35 mins
Thursday: same meal plan
100 sit ups, one hour 30 mins in the gym (cardio and strength)
Friday: same meal plan
100 sit ups, one hour at the gym, 30 mins of circuit training
Saturday: same meal plan
100 sit ups, one hour at the gym, taebo for 35 mins
Sunday: 200 cal breakfast, 300 cal dinner, 700 cal dinner, 100 cal snack
100 sit ups.
I'm planning on losing about 50 pounds in a considerable amount of time, any tips would be good,
P.s: i have been going to the gym every day for the past 2-3 weeks and doing alot of cardio and strength so i do know what i am talking about when i put that much exercise within my plan. I also do about 70 sit ups a day currently i'm just upping it to 100 to push myself that extra bit. Thank you :)
