Is there any way to download torrents without being on the computer?

I have heard of some devices that allow people to download torrents, once you have shut down your computer.

This device is called playn600 it has a torrent application which allows you to torrent even if your computer is shut down.

1. Is there any more devices which has this capability? ( to download torrents when computer is shut down)

nas boxes almost all support this feature, you can check the drobo or synology

some routers (that comes with storage) also have that ability (check baffulos website)

Smartphone with Androids or Windows(not sure about 8) platforms can use programs like aDownloader. You just magnet a link and start downloading. Later you can copy files to computer or use on smartphone. Sadly iGagets can't do it.
