is there any harm if oliveoil and ghee used in combination for one single dish...

...cooked ? some vegtables taste good when fried in ghee so i want to know if i could use half amount of ghee and half of olive oil so that less ghee is used in the dish ..
does olive oil loose its properties if used with ghee ??

Many chefs use this method. Butter can't burn if it is used with oil at the same time; thus making frying easier and tastier.
