I've had by Tour Beats by Dre since Christmas and just recently the sound went out of one ear. I would have to wiggle the cord and the part to where it plugs into the iPhone until the sound would come back. Even then the sound would go away completely when I let go. Today the sound went out of both ear phones and I had to wiggle them to work. One side would stay for a second then I'd wiggle it again to get the other side. The sound kept switching earphones. The earphones only worked at the same time a couple times. I still have to wiggle and hold the cord to get sound and that is very uncomfortable. What's wrong with my beats and is there a way to fix them? Please help.
