Is there a place on a Nokia Lumia 900 to put music from the computer into?

I have a Nokia Lumia 900. I want to get music into the phone. Apps waste data and I'm wondering if theirs a place I can put music onto the phone instead of using apps to waste data. From the computer I'm sure I can find a site to download music from but I need to find a place on the phone where the music can go to. Help?
