Is there a free app for Android's that lets you use a PS3 Controller to play games?

I know that there is an app by Dancing Pixel Studios that lets you use the PS3 Controller, but you have to pay for the app. Is there any app that is free that can do the same thing?
My phone is the Samsung Galaxy S2. Is this phone compatible with any apps that allow you to use the PS3 controller with emulators?
