Is the Motorola Razr a Prepaid Cell Phone?

that is just the phone... not the carrier... any phone can be used with a prepaid plan... if the carrier does not offer this phone for sale as a prepaid phone, then you are going to have to pay full retail for it, or try to buy one from online somewhere...

Yeah, it is. Be warned though, the V3 or older models are absolute crap. :|
