Is the lg rumor a good phone?

I'm starting a new sprint plan at the end of this month and i really wanted to get the lg rumor. Ive read reviews saying that its slow and it often freezes. Does anyone have this phone and can give me some answers? also do you pay extra each month to access the internet?

If this is the phone im thinking of it probably freezes because its kind of new. I would suggest getting the phone in a few months because they will update it so you dont have many problems.
