so I have been wanted to eat better and trying to stay away from meat in general. I read a few recipes for veggie burgers and Im curious, is what I put together unhealthy and what can I do to improve it.

heres what inside...

1 corn on the cob. sliced the corn of of course
1 carrot
1 onion
oats
beans
egg
a little flour on the outside so it doesn't stick to the plate before its cooked
a little oil in the pan to cook it
and wheat bread for the bun
I don't feel to good about using the oil but i don't have an oven to bake. and i think the flour might be a bad idea as well.
also i used mayo for a sauce. any link to a good/healthy, possibly spicy sauce to replace the mayo would be awesome
thanks

yes, healthy. this is one sauce recipe: http://www.food.com/recipe/montreal-steak-seasoning-83902 add to tomato sauce/mayo/sweet chilli sauce or some other kind of sauce you like. Or google tomato sauces and make one - they're pretty easy and there are thousands out there.
