i plugged my cellphone (UNIT: myphone T13) in my computer using a usb cable. however, the computer doesn't read it. even a "USB DEVICE NOT RECOGNIZED" is not popping up.
Before, my computer was able to read my phone's usb but now, it will just automatically charge when i plug it in the computer (which, in the first place, should not happen since it's supposed to read the usb device)
i tried using device management but my device doesn't appear there too.
is my phone corrupted, my usb cable or my memory card? what is wrong? can you guys tell me how to fix it?
