Is my 2001 Dodge Neon worth it?

I have a 2001 Dodge Neon and a couple of days ago, it went south on me. Turns out I need a new camshaft sensor, my timing belt snapped and bust up my #2 cylinder and I am in need of new pistons. Now remember this is the info I got from the mechanic. They say it will cost like 2 grand. The warranty is only for 1 year. My dad has a friend who can provide me with a rebuilt engine for my car and give it a 3 year/50,000 mile warranty. My car has 130,000 miles on it right now. Is it worth getting it fixed?
