I have never heard of this brand. Those bargain price home theater in a box are not very reliable. Most of them are only designed for you to watch a movie with surround. They are not flexible for adding anything to them or upgrading. When one item fails you have to replace the whole system.
The only home theater I can recommend is the Onkyo HT-S3400, it is a 5.1 receiver and a set of speakers. You add a Panasonic Blu Ray disc player model BD-75 and you have a nice system for under $500. Demo the Onkyo at Fry's Electronic, it is for under $400. The Panasonic blu ray at Best Buy for $79. Keep in mind, you get what you pay for. Hope this will help you out.
