I just cooked 4 fresh breasts chicken in a pressure cooker cooker with a bit a browning (middle was pink), is that safe (cooked for 15 minutes)?

Well I was getting mixed recipes some say cook it all the way through, others said cook for 20 minutes whiles others told me 8 minutes was best.
