Is it possible to play a dvd in such a way that?

it repeats the first 15 seconds 10 times, then the first 30 seconds 10 times, then the first 45 seconds 10 times, and so on all the way through? (I'm trying to learn a dance from a dvd.) It will be played on a laptop, not a dvd player.

You can edit the dvd and make it do that if you like
vista comes with Window Movie Maker
1st you will have to "unlock " any copy rights on the dvd try dvd shrink
then just copy past the 1st bit 10 times the then second bit etc.

just use a media player to play your dvd on ur laptop, then when it reaches 15 sec, rewind and watch it again and so on.
