...a celebrity? Barack Obama garnered a lot of enthusiasm among the DemocratIC base and among independents and accordingly he got a lot of press coverage. Thus, he was "accused" of being a celebrity.
Well, now Sarah Palin is garnering a lot of enthusiasm among the Republic base and independents and getting a lot of press coverage. Isn't she a celebrity in the same way Barack Obama is?
Note: It is not Palin's "fault" that media coverage is what it is, just as it isn't and wasn't Obama's "fault". Is the whole celebrity thing just silly now and if so, was it silly when McCain made a big deal of it?
And another note, many Republicans ARE saying that Palin IS here to SAVE the Repub party.
