I saw an inspirational video a week ago and today I've seen three cars with its windows down and putting a cheap bike lock would've been too damn funny. Even on bikes that are on the bike rack. Lock them up, be considerate about other people's property. Help them by ensuring their personal items would not get stolen. Even in gated communities we should lock it up with a cheap bike lock and cut down crime. Just one thing that we need to know what from all of this is legal? For what events does the government does not state anything at all? Thank you =D
