1- is Karate efficient in a street fight?
2-Is it hard to learn ,I am starter!
4 - will it improve my flexibility ??

No, It's not too late. You're still at the prime age to start training in Martial Art.

1. Yes, if you studied at proper Karate dojo that put emphasize on self-defense and sparring (ie. Kyokushin), but if you study it at McDojo then the answer will be No.

2. Just pretty much as hard as any other Martial Art. To be effective in Karate, you've got to rely on physical strength along with the technique. Some other Martial Arts rely more on technique (although physical strength will always be an important factor)

3. Where is number three man??

4. Definitely, but if improving your flexibility is a very important factor in you wanting to train, I would suggest Brazilian Jiujitsu.
