First off I am not a breeder but my dog did have a litter of puppies. I want to make sure that I am doing right by her as well as the puppies. She had four puppies her first litter and I have fallen in love with one of them as well as my wife as taken with another one. I just want to make sure that it would not harmful to our mother dog to keep some of her pups with her. Right now they are only 3 weeks old and are healthy happy loving pups. So is the momma. Any help would be awesome but please don't come on here to try to put us down. Thank you.
