Apr 18, 2013 #2 C cali Member May 12, 2008 77 0 6 That happened to my phone before. Moisture got in the headphone jack. I know it sounds silly but put it in with a bag of rice. It will take out all the moisture. If its not from moisture and you tried all those things take it in to the store.
