I purchased an iPad mini and noticed two dust specks under the screen. They were tiny and only visible on white background. I exchanged the iPad mini and got another one. Same problem, dust under the screen. Some people say almost all iPad mini have some dust if you look at the screen in bright light conditions. I give up and live with that.
