I'm just wondering what is using up all my internet I know i don't have a virus I've used online virus busters and avg, avast etc like a million of em and I reformatted the hard drive and i have security on the internet so no one can hack in. these are the things that I use that are internet related I was wondering if someone cause give me an estimate of how much internet usage is being used on these things.

If anyone knows like if msn uses 100mb per hour or per second etc whatever you know can you please post it.
