Internet and computer problems after being wiped.?

i had my computer wiped yesterday coz my bro got a porn virus on it and ive since put fire fox back on but when i scroll down the pages they have to readjust themselves like my internet is really slow but its not the pages are loading fine. I know im not very good at explaining this problem but can someone please help
