insignia play ejecting dvd for no reason?

My insignia Blu-ray player is ejecting my workout dvd for no reason.
i place the disk in the player it says loading for about 50 seconds, and then sometimes (not all of the time) very quickly flashes unknown disk or something to that effect, and ejects the disk. This is driving me nuts i would like to work out. any one know what i should do? I cant return the player it is past the return point for the store. Thanks much!
Notes: the Dvd is shakeology workout 30 min.

If that is the only disc that it does that to, then I would say the disc is a bad video transfer that the player has issues reading. Workout videos most likely would not fall into the same quality of transfer like the movie Avatar would. They were made on a budget & contracted to have the transfer to disc done by any fly by night video production company. Just a guess.
