I'm scared, wtf is wrong with my eye?

My eye has had redness for the past couple days in one spot, I just woke up that way.

There is no significant pain, slight tenderness if I touch it or squint down in that eye really hard.

My vision is the same I think. Any ideas?

I can't go to the doctor because I'm in a remote part of the world.
