I used the program "Cucusoft" to copy my dvd to an .mp4 file. It worked fine, but when I try to add the file to my iTunes, it doesn't transfer or whatever. I have my iPod plugged in, I hit File > Add File to Library and then find the file, click it then hit Open, but nothing happens. The file doesn't open. Help please?
I have /already/ converted the file to mp4, the problem is that the file won't show up on my iTunes when I add it to the Library.
