Not entirely true unfortunately as posts about a very well known scam artist have been removed recently presumably because he's threatened to sue or shut the site down! A "court order" was previously mentioned.
Doubt anyone has an issue with you complying with laws etc but it's a false promise to claim people can post what they like when there are clearly cases when you have to "censor" the board? Maybe there should be some guidelines?
