if im driving drunk while using a bike is it still illegal?

i lost my license cause of a DWI so i recently got a bike. iv been going 2 the bar on it and driving home but theres some nights where i find im extremily intoxicated and i kind of wobble a bit while riding home. i try 2 stay out of the street an use the sidewalk but theres still times when i must use the street so i guess my question is..... if im driving a bicycle drunk is it still illegal
