If i reset my wireless router, do i have to reboot my who internet connection again?

I want to reset my router to get my WEP key, but i don't know whether i'll have to reset or reboot my whole internet connection or whether it will stay the same as it was before?

Of cause it stays the same. The reset botton is for reseting the router like the ADSL light went off than they fix it, but it doesn't show up. If you want to reset it the router should have a website that connects to the router only than you can change the password etc...............

We'll depending on your router, verizon or comcast, once you reset it,
it will acquire a new ip address and you still have internet,but it will also ask you to enter a new password for your router.

you can see hidden icons below right of the screen there is the icon of the wireless icon click right mouse button to it and selectt repair ......................
