If i put my att sim card in a sidekick will it work?

I had a apple ipod (at&t) and it broke. I was going to buy a t-mobile sidekick 3 and was wondering if i just put my Sim card in it would it work?

You need to Unlock the SIDEKICK 3 from network lock (T-Mobile) to use AT&T sim card in it....Without unlocking AT&T SIM will not work in t-mobile sidekick 3 model phone..To unlock it get code from the site Superunlockcodes and unlock it easily...
