if i don't believe in your God/Jesus Christ can i be a ghost in the afterlife?

No, there are only two ways after death, heaven or hell. Those who rejected the love of god will be sent to hell. His love is a gift which you will not have to work for. If you die, you will not become a devil, you will become a prisoner in hell forever. Also, satan doesn't live in hell, he roams earth.
