pound fine and kept car? i now have insurance tax mot l plates but the police officer says once i give in my provistional to the police i will get six points on my lience. will they send it back to me after its been to the dvla? and can i drive once they have? what happens if i dont inform my insurance once its been sent back to me that i have 6 points on it...thanks everyone
