I live in Georgia, near Europe...and I am not able to update any of the apps on my samsung galaxy note to pro version simply because it says that the item is not available in your country. What is the problem? How can I gange the "place of the mobile" in order to be able to do that? Or are there any other ways of upgrading other than play store?
Oh and by the way, I bought my phone in Iran, so maybe play store thinks im in iran?! Because there, it is impossible to buy things online! If this is the case, how can I change the location of my mobile?...
