I see pixels in my Blue Ray player?

I already connected my Blue Ray to my TV using my HDMI connector but I still see pixels I even contacted customer service they weren't much help all they said that it is probably a problem with the movie (The dark knight)... But I don't think there is anything wrong with the Blue Ray Disc... I need to know if you are experiencing the same problem... The only time I see pixels are when there are dimly lit scenes OR little dark spaces... I NEED TO KNOW IF THIS IS NORMAL!!!
