i prank called bell canada?

i prank called bell canada and got through to the operator and said

me: is mr.wall there.
her:mr wall don't you have anything better to do instead of prank calling people
me: so there isn't any walls there, so how is your roof staying up

then she said that i have your name and number and i will phone the police and charge you under harassment

now i want to know if the police would get me in trouble for that.
it wasn't anything harassing, and if it was could you tell me how it was harassment, and how much the fine would be
I only called once.

yes, actually you can get in trouble for that especially when you harassed an operator. Usually the punishment is some kind of fine or discontinuation of phone service but in extreme cases, jail time can be allowed by the courts.

ETA: since this was not so serious I am more inclined to think that she was trying to scare you this time. Check in the front of your phone book, most of them used to have phone usage "guidelines" where they tell you what is considered harassment or illegal usage.
