I own a 1974 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Coupe?

and was wondering if i would be able to put a corvette zr1 supercharged ls9 crate engine in it? Here is my corvette....



The engine i want to put in is around $21,000 and that's a lot cheaper than a zr1 at $100,000 price tag
What else should i know in terms of money other than the engine costing $21,000?
and how much will all that be roughly??

Anything is possible..........money is the limiting factor.

EDIT: Buying the engine alone won't be the only expense, as I'm sure you will know. There are a whole host of other things such as drivetrain and transmission, set up, traction issues, making the car road legal.

It's not as simple as dropping an LS9 in there. Your best bet would be to see a performance auto-engineer. They will be able to give you a much better estimate.

Having said all of the above, the project you have in mind can be done.
