I need help coming up with a fitness diet.?

I'm not fat at all. I need a diet that will help me get my body up, while I'm doing my cardio and weight lifting. Right now I'm about 5'9'' and a half, and I weigh about 135-140 lbs, and I'm 20 years old. I have a fairly skinny build. I don't necessarily want advice on what foods to eat, rather guidance of how many calories I should eat a day, and maybe some examples of what I can do to put weight on.

My workout days/sessions last about an hour to an hour and a half. Within that time I fit in a 2 mile run, and I cycle through all the machines the gym has to offer. I workout about 3 times a week.
