Before I say anything else I want to make it clear that it needs to be a portable version and FREE. I am looking for a DVD maker that allows me to make a menu with a wide varieties of themes and options, such as setting menu music and labeling the menu text. It also needs to be fast while burning the DVD. I really need some help finding a good program!
