I just bought an lg optimus V,the lady said she activated,the internet and

texts work, but not calling? I don't know what to do. Maybe she didnt' activate it properly, or i have to do something. But everything works except the calling cause it says i have no money on the account, and I just put 25 dollars in it.

What phone company do you have? I have TMobile prepaid and one time when I put money in it it also did nothing. I called customer care and they fixed the problem
