I have just picked up a virus and i don't know how to get rid of it! Help!?

Help me.

Basically, i'm working from a different computer at the moment but every time i open internet explorer it goes to google. or every time i type in google. it goes straight to this page saying

MICROSOFT.

You are infected with a virus

download this anti-spyware to get rid of it


I take it this also a virus...

Also, every two to three minutes a box will pop up saying;

colmangila (i think, i'm not sure)
then it says it with like six exclamation marks

colmangila, colmangila, colmangila!!!!!!

I really don't know whats wrong with it!

HELP!
