i have a samsung galaxy S1 thats blocked how do i fix it!?

its not locked to a network, which means its blacklisted
this means its been reported lost/stolen

its illegal for any wireless company to activate it on their network, usually they indicate this during the sale by putting "bad ESN" but basically you got ripped off.

okay so i bought a samsung galaxy s1 of a guy and now i find out it is blocked i paid $200 for this please is there any way i can unblock it are there people who can do it for me and how much it will cost? or can i do it myself?

btw its not blocked to a certain network the phone itself is blocked
