ive been going to the gym for a little over 4 months consistently, i feel like im in better shape with the number on the scale keep going up and i see no change in my body. My legs are getting tones but bigger because of muscle how can i just lose the weight on my thighs without gaining to much muscle? As for my stomach ive only done workouts that exercise my upper abs how can i work out my lower .. over all i just need some guidance as to how i go about loosing weight and toning my body if you can give me any good free sites to help or books that would be great thank you!
