...spark plug holes. What's this mean? I have noticed that the oil is seeping from the holes, around the spark plugs. The car recently started running rough and 'missing'. What does this mean? And how can I fix it?

Bad piston rings? Worn out, they can allow oil to get inside your chambers. That or head gaskets? Not too sure, but that's my input.

Ford FE series engine were notorious for valve cover leaks which would run down into the spark plug pockets, they also have a tapered seal area to seal the plugs which can become damaged over the years and then leak a small amount of compressed gas... This appears to be a leak from within the head. My 428 CJ was a bear to stop this leak and Finally had to have the heads machined... and always use top quality cork gaskets (Installed DRY)

nice car ! it could be leaking around the valve pan gaskets. if it,s missing then maybe the oil got on the plug wires.
