I had this dream about a baby, but I'm too young to be pregnant?

I've searched online and people have said that it means your pregnant or your baby will be a boy. Anyways, I had a dream about a baby boy. He was about an month old. He had cinnamon skin, hazel-green eyes, and black curly-straight hair. He was absoulutely adorable, gorgeous, etc, with squinty eyes and cute dimples. I had about 5 different dreams, (in one night; like flashes, idk, i forgot) where I carried him and played with him. He kept smiling at me and gurgling . After a few dreams/flashes, my sister woke me up -.-, and I got ready for school. Except I could not stop thinking about the baby! Can anyone please interpet this for me? Btw, I am a 13 year old girl, not and never has been sexually active, etc.
I don't want a stupid answer like dreams mean nothing.. because they do mean something
