I got my BlackBerry Torch from Telus 4 days ago and can I still return it?

Can I return my BlackBerry Torch if I am not satisfied?
I got it 4 days ago and is it possible to return it for my following reasons?

I don't want to be stuck with a phone that I'm not in love with for 3 years.
I know its "no big deal" for those people who are rough with it but when I press the little gray/silver rim under the call and end call button, it feels really lose and makes this annoying, sticky sound.
And like the slide screen feels not very stable either.
I'm not saying all BlackBerry Torch are like that because my sister got one and its fine and no problem.
But whenever I press the: Call, Menu, Back or End call or the little touch sensor square thing, I can feel the gap between the slide screen and the keyboard.

I just don't like it physically.

So can I return this phone and get a new one?

Extra info: This is my very first phone
I'm under 3 year contract with Telus

There are no scratches or anything.

Yes that should be possible. Call them and find out if the return policy is 7 days or 30 days? If its 7 days I would suggest you do it ASAP. The torch is a great device but if theres a manufacturing defect you should definitely return it and either get a new one or get something else.
