belly button itself. is it infected? i cleaned it everyday, twice a day for the first two months. now ive been cleaning it only once a day. a few days ago i noticed a a lump in my belly button. its not hard, it doesn't hurt, and its not red. my brother told me it may be infected. but it just came out, and i haven't been touching for it to get infected. i was just wanting to know if it was infected.
