I found my old T-Mobile sim. But when I put it in the phone it asks for

a PUK code what do I do? I know the number I think of the SIM, but I don't know if it matches up 100%.

I need a PUK code now.

How do I obtain it, I tried to sign up to T-Mobile but it says that I can't use the number on T-Mobile when I tried to register, I have a feeling that it might not be the correct telephone number now. How do I go about finding out the telephone number of a SIM?

to find the telephone number of the sim you have to have the phone work, i would just call tmobile, they'll talk you through it
