...teasing at each others. One of.. ? the teasings, was to tie the child in turn, shirtless, by the wrists, to a chain link fence and tickling him, and another was to pinch their nipples with clothespins.
Is not this painful?
Are not kids nipples as sensitive and delicate as adults?

I wouldn't let my kid play that way.
