Marketplace?! HELP??!!? I bought this:

I have heard that there is a way to hack the system & install the marketplace.
I have no idea what I am doing & it should be here in a few days & it IS a Christmas present for my 10 Yr old son. Please Help!! Detailed instructions preferred & THANK YOU!!!
