HTC touch VS HTC Touch Dual?

My brother has the HTC touch, and I want the HTC Touch dual... What are the differences besides the sliding down key pad. is the menu the same, is it all the same just with a slide out with the key pad? Or is worth it to save 100$ and just take my brothers phone because he is getting the blackberry storm.
